Job Description:
Part of the
"Commercial Real Estate - Markets" Team at JLL, Mumbai – the biggest
revenue earner for the firm.
Conduct in-depth need
assessment and provide end-to-end solutions to multiple Institutional Clients‟
Real Estate Occupancy needs
Preparation of financial
analysis and presentation of key financial and asset performance data
Interpret such data to
arrive at asset yields, historic and future cash flows, NPV Analysis, to advice
clients on cost effectiveness and business strategies (consolidation/expansion/restructuring)
for improving profitability on the basis of such analysis
Formulate proposals
and client pitches to win mandates for large institutional clients and follow
through to structure and negotiate deal terms and manage transactions to a
successful closure
Maintain familiarity
with all office listings across the city, and manage such listings as assigned
by management
Regularly liaise with
vendors, prospective buyers (primarily institutional clients), and developers
across the city
Continually look to
identify business opportunities through effective liaising with corporates and
other related businesses
