Pratham Education Foundation is the largest educational NGO in India, working on both education access and quality. We are implementing a new program that integrates technology into the classroom, in 1000 schools across India. The first set of schools will be launched in Delhi, Mumbai, Mysore and Chennai.
Position Summary
The Regional Program Associate’s aim is ensure smooth operation of the project in each school. The Associate is responsible for the entire process of enrolling and supporting a school. Each Associate will be responsible for 15-20 schools.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
􏰀 Markettheprogramtolocalschools,includingprovidingdemonstrations
􏰀 Delivertraininganddevelopmentoftheprogramtoteachersandschoolmanagement
􏰀 Supervisetheinputofschooladministrativedataintotheprojectsystembyschools
􏰀 Continuouslymonitorandevaluatetheprojectontheground
􏰀 Providebi-weeklyreportsontheprogressofeachschooltotheRegionalProgramManager
􏰀 Helpwithotheradministrativeandoperationaltasksasneeded
􏰀 ShareexperienceswiththeotherRegionalProgramAssociatesandRegionalProgramManager




Qualifications & Skills Required
􏰀 Bachelor’sdegreeinanydiscipline
􏰀 Minimumof6monthsexperienceworkingwithschoolsorinSales&Marketing
􏰀 FluencyinspokenandwrittenEnglish
􏰀 KnowledgeofMarathi
􏰀 Computerliteratewithexperienceemailing,dataentry,andwithMicrosoftOffice. 􏰀
