 Manage Relationships-Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships.  
 
Excellent Selling Skills-Will be responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment products.
 
Identify Needs-Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
 
Target Oriented-Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.should be proactive & self satrters
Innovative- Should be able to continuously come up with new ideas for Sales
Good interpersonal Skills - Should have excellent rapport in the market. should maintain good contacts with Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as an when required.
 Canditates selected will be considered as Trainees and will be on a Probation of 1yr with the organization
