JIVA Spa Program for Operations Training

The Spa Division of The Taj Group of Hotels has launched a new one year program that is aimed at equipping candidates with the requisite skills needed to manage a spa.

Once the candidate has completed the requisite one year program, s/he will be employed as Assistant Spa Manager at any of the Taj Hotels in India or abroad. This program is well structured and is a perfect balance of classroom and on-the-job training.

Candidates must note that they will be provided with sharing accommodation and meals while on duty.

All candidates must fulfill the following prerequisites:

Ø  Graduate/ Post graduate in any field

Ø  Fluency in spoken and written English

Ø  Interest in spas or wellness with an aptitude for guest interaction

Ø  Willing to relocate anywhere in India

Ø  Willing to work with the Taj Group for a minimum of 3 years

Ø  Positive and flexible attitude
